Faith Reins brings pediatric therapy, counseling, family support, and purposeful equine experiences together to help children and families thrive. Guided by faith, our mission is to expand access to exceptional care that nurtures physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our pediatric programs serve children from birth through age 18, with families involved as partners in care.
The opportunity
Provide individualized pediatric physical therapy evaluations and intervention supporting gross motor development, functional movement, mobility, and rehabilitation.
We are seeking a clinician with substantial pediatric experience who can translate assessment findings into measurable, functional goals. You will work with caregivers, other therapists, and referring providers while exercising independent professional judgment within your scope of practice.
This opportunity serves patients from birth through age 18. The caseload is exclusively pediatric.
Required qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant pediatric clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, excluding student clinical placements.
- Current, active, unrestricted Arkansas Physical Therapy license, maintained throughout the contract.
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program, or board-recognized equivalent, meeting Arkansas licensure requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in gross motor development assessment and intervention for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Relevant experience in pediatric rehabilitation, including assessment and treatment of functional limitations affecting movement and participation.
- Experience evaluating and treating difficulties involving posture, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility.
- Ability to select and interpret developmentally appropriate assessments and establish measurable goals.
- Strong caregiver coaching, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
The five-year minimum applies to relevant pediatric clinical practice overall. Candidates must demonstrate competence in the specific services they will provide.
