How payment works
Ways families pay
We work with families to find a payment path that makes care accessible. Our team will confirm what applies to your family during the intake conversation — nothing on this page is a guarantee of coverage or cost.
InsuranceWe are working to accept major commercial insurance plans. Coverage depends on your specific plan, the services your child receives, and any referral or prior-authorization requirements your insurer has. We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking whether Faith Reins is an in-network provider before your first appointment. We are happy to provide the information you need to check your benefits or submit a claim.
ARKids First & MedicaidWe are committed to serving families enrolled in ARKids First and Arkansas Medicaid. If your child is enrolled, please let us know during intake. Our team will verify coverage and walk through any authorization steps with you.
Private payFamilies who pay out of pocket are welcome. We will provide you with a clear fee estimate before care begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Financial assistanceNo family should go without care because of cost. We offer need-based financial assistance funded by donor gifts and our scholarship program. If cost is a barrier, please tell us — the conversation is confidential and there is no obligation.

- Referral or provider notesIf a physician, school, or other provider referred your child, any notes or documentation they can share are helpful.
